Permeable Tarmac College Car Park

Our Work here comprised of the removal of existing Paving & Car Parks. This involved the removal & disposal of approximately 2000m3 of Spoil off Site. We then followed on from this by carrying out remediation Works to existing Drainage before preparing the Sub-base to enable approximately 500+ m2 of Marshalls Saxon Paving to be laid by ourselves.

The new Car Park Area of approximately 2000m2 is a fully permeable Tarmac Car Park. You will see from the Photos; the sequence of Works carried out:

• Installation of several Hundred metres of new Kerbs & Edgings
• Laying of MOT Type 3 Sub-base
• Porous Asphalt Surfacing
